The Sadler Clinic Closes its doors after 53 years, but Dr. Simmons will bring CSMA to Montgomery County:

Dr. Simmons founded and directed the Sadler Clinic Sleep Disorders Center beginning in 1999. It has been recently announced that Sadler Clinic will be closing all its locations.

This should not affect our patients’ continuity of care as Dr. Simmons will be extending his other sleep program, Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Associates (CSMA), into Montgomery County to continue providing care to patients in the community at our two Sadler locations. Any changes to these locations and direct contact numbers will be posted when available.

For now, our practices are still in the Sadler Clinic locations with the same phone numbers. If however, you are unable to reach our Sadler offices, please call Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Associates at 713-668-4100. Dr Simmons is Medical Director of both practices and his staff provides the same level of care at all our centers.
We take great pride in the care that we have provided the citizens of Montgomery County, and as members of the community ourselves we have created many long-term relationships with our patients. Your health is our business and at Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Associates we know we can continue to help and heal you.
